Digital Products (Including Personalized Digital Files)

Due to the nature of digital downloads and personalized content, all digital sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Instant downloads

• Personalized digital party favors

• Editable templates

• Planners, checklists, workbooks, or e-books

• Custom digital design work once started

This policy exists because digital files can be copied, stored, printed, and used immediately after delivery.

Printed Products

If you purchase a printed item and it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the issue

• Your order number

If approved, we will offer a replacement or reprint.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

• Typos or incorrect details provided by the customer

• Changes of mind

• Printing differences caused by a customer’s printer or settings for digital-only purchases

If you reside in the EU or UK, you may have consumer rights in certain situations. Where the law allows, by purchasing a digital product you request immediate access to the files.
