At ZizisCreation, we put care into every product we create and carry. Because many of our items are personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, handmade, or printed after purchase specifically for you, our return and refund options are limited.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. If you have questions before purchasing, we are happy to help at info@ziziscreation.com.
Custom, Personalized, Made-to-Order, and Handmade Items
Many products in our shop are prepared, printed, personalized, or handcrafted specifically for your order after checkout. This includes reading journals, bookish gifts, totes, drinkware, apparel, accessories, book club items, and other products fulfilled after your order is placed.
Because these items are produced specifically for you, they are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect, damage, production error, or incorrect item received.
Digital Downloads and Printables
All digital downloads and printable files are final sale. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds on digital purchases.
If you experience a file issue such as a corrupted file, broken link, or missing file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
DTF and UV DTF Transfers
DTF and UV DTF transfers are specialty products intended for crafters and small business owners. These transfers are produced specifically for your order and are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:
- Incorrect heat press temperature or pressure
- Wrong surface or blank type
- Improper application technique
- Peeling or lifting due to application errors
- Failure to follow included or standard application instructions
If your transfer arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ziziscreation.com with your order number and clear photos and we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ziziscreation.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable
We will review your request and work quickly to resolve it through a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Cancellations
We begin preparing, printing, personalizing, or fulfilling orders quickly after they are placed. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered preparation, personalization, printing, fulfillment, or shipping.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at info@ziziscreation.com with your order number. Once your order is being prepared or has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging when applicable
- Returned within the timeframe communicated by our team
Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving written approval.
Refunds, Replacements, and Store Credit
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit toward a future purchase
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method
Refunds, when approved, are processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by ZizisCreation or a fulfillment error. In those cases we will cover return shipping.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all approved returns. ZizisCreation is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a confirmed defect, damage, or error on our part:
- Personalized and custom items
- Made-to-order products
- Handmade and in-house finished items
- Items printed after purchase
- Digital downloads and printables
- DTF and UV DTF transfers
- Wholesale orders
- Sale and discounted items
Color, Sizing, and Handmade Variation Notice
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings, display calibration, lighting, and production methods. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Small variations in placement, finish, or appearance may occur with handmade, in-house finished, or made-to-order items. Each piece is prepared with care and minor variation is part of the handmade nature of our products.
Sizing, color selection, personalization details, and shipping address are the customer's responsibility to review carefully before completing checkout. ZizisCreation is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted at checkout.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are final sale. Because wholesale purchases are placed in bulk at discounted pricing, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error confirmed by ZizisCreation.
If you receive a wholesale order with damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
