Made-to-Order, Personalized, and Handmade Items

Many ZizisCreation products are made, printed, personalized, customized, assembled, or prepared after your order is placed. By ordering these items, you acknowledge that:

• Production begins promptly after checkout
• Cancellations may not be possible once production has started
• Personalized and custom items are generally final sale
• You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, spelling, sizing, color choices, and design selections before completing checkout
• Errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout are the customer's responsibility

Digital Downloads and Printables

Digital products are delivered electronically and are available after purchase. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

• Digital downloads are final sale once delivered, accessed, or downloaded
