Personalization Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct personalization details (spelling, dates, addresses, colors, event info). Please review details carefully. We are not responsible for errors caused by information provided by the customer.

Digital Product License

All files are for personal use only unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased and stated.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or upload files anywhere

  • Claim our designs as your own

  • Use our designs to create competing templates or products

No Returns on Digital Downloads

Because digital products can be accessed immediately and duplicated, all digital sales are final.
No returns, no exchanges, and no cancellations once delivered or accessed.

Printing and Third-Party Fulfillment

If you purchase printed items, fulfillment may occur through:

  • A professional print partner

  • Publishing platforms such as Lulu or Amazon KDP

  • Limited in-house production (when offered)

Delivery times and print results may vary by printer, paper, ink, and settings. We provide print guidance, but cannot control every printer’s outcome.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

We maintain records such as order details, file delivery confirmations, and communications to protect our business from unauthorized claims.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to product use, printing results, or delays caused by third-party services.
